1. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return process, please contact our global support desk at support@locevito.com. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, our team will provide you with clear mailing instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be processed or accepted.
2. Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs via a trackable mailing service, except in instances where the product arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damages, Defectives, and Discrepancies
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if an item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Processing Timelines for Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned item. If approved, you will be automatically issued a full refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional standard clearing cycles to post the funds.
